CPMS ("Capcity Planning and Monitoring System") is operated by NECS on behalf of NHS England. These terms govern your use of this site.

We may update these terms of use from time to time, and the revised version will be effective when displayed here.

You may access and use this site if you agree to be legally bound by the terms set out here. If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms please do not access or use the site. If you break these terms and conditions your rights of use will end immediately.

General usage

References to 'the NHS' mean 'the NHS in England' unless otherwise stated. Service descriptions, entitlements and costs refer to services in England and arrangements may differ elsewhere in the UK.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, or the sites to which it links. We accept no responsibility for any damage arising from the unavailability of this website or the information it contains.

This website contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content of any third party website and a link to another site does not mean NHS England endorses their site or content.

You may link to our website, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not make a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

If you submit personal information to us through this website, it will be used in line with our privacy policy.

We do not guarantee that this website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

Services, Claims and Payments

You are responsible for ensuring all services created, uploaded and claims against on the system have been contractually agreed off-system and the terms of contract are being adhered to.

You are responsible for verifying all chargeable activity relating to a service is undertaken during the service period only.

You are responsible for ensuring financial approvals made on claims by users within the system adhere to your Standing Financial Instructions.

Once a payment has been approved on the system the responsibility of this payment being made falls to Primary Care Services England.

We are not responsible for negligent claims.

All activity conducted within the system is audited and these records will be made available for audit and fraud purposes amongst other uses.

User Account Management

You are responsible for authorising all users accounts requesting a role within your organisation.

You are responsible for authorising account permission levels for members of your organisation.

You are responsible for conducting regular reviews of accounts held.

General

These terms of use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any disputes which may arise in relation to our system.
